Discover 10+ creative entries, exits, and transitions to turn cross back into a versatile building block for dynamic sequences and choreography on dance trapeze.

🎭 Catch Me If You Can: All the Ways In & Out of Catcher
Explore creative pathways into and out of catcher, with drills, transitions, and movement concepts to build stronger technique and seamless flow on dance trapeze.

A graduate of the National Circus School of Montreal, Guinness World Record holder, and performer in Cirque du Soleil's Luzia, Enya has performed over 2,700 shows and spent more than a decade teaching aerialists around the world. Her workshops combine technical precision, creative exploration, and a deep understanding of movement to help you become a more expressive, efficient, and confident aerialist.

Whether you're looking to polish foundational skills, improve your spinning, or expand your movement vocabulary, these workshops are packed with practical drills and concepts you'll continue using long after the weekend ends.

Clown / Acting Workshop with Luzia Artist Andrii Lytvak

Discover your inner clown in this fun, engaging, and interactive workshop led by Andrii Lytvak, a Cirque du Soleil performer, clown, comic character, and acrobat with over 15 years of professional performance experience. Currently performing in Luzia, Andrii is bringing his unique approach to physical comedy, stage presence, and authentic connection to Ottawa.

Open to teens and adults of all experience levels from complete beginners to seasoned performers. This 2 hour workshop focuses on building confidence, creativity, and spontaneity through play and improvisation.

Participants will explore:

  • Fun partner and ensemble warm-up games

  • Building trust and connection

  • Breaking the "fourth wall" and engaging an audience

  • Presence, focus, and believability on stage

  • Improvisation techniques

  • Q&A with a Cirque du Soleil artist

When: Tuesday, September 15, 7:30-9:30pm

Whether you're interested in circus, theatre, public speaking, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone, this workshop offers a welcoming space to explore performance and creativity. Ages 14+.

Group Worshops

Group Workshops with Aerial Antics

Book us for group workshops for fun with friends or as a team building activity.

Come learn the basics, explore a new apparatus or take your skills to the next level with like minded people. Workshops can focus on one apparatus or explore several. Minimum of 5 people required to book a workshop. Workshop content, length and timing can be tailored, contact us to book your workshop today.

Dress code: For all apparatuses we recommend a close fitting t-shirt or tank and athletic pants that cover the knees, no zippers or buttons.
