Conditioning
Aerial Antics offers weekly recreational and competitive aerial classes for kids, teens, and adults in Aerial Silks, Hammock, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Dance Trapeze, Aerial Straps, Aerial Rope (Corde Lisse), Flying Pole and a variety of specialty workshops throughout the year. Aerial circus arts combine circus and acrobatic dance to create a unique and exciting approach to fitness through creative expression.
With over 10 metres (35 feet) of adjustable rigging point height and classes for ages 8+, our programs are designed for complete beginners to experienced aerialists looking to refine their technique. You'll build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and artistry while engaging muscles you never knew you had in a fun and supportive environment.
Our low student-to-coach ratio (maximum of six students per class) ensures individualized instruction, allowing every participant to progress safely at their own pace. Led by professional coaches who are also performers, our team is passionate about helping each student achieve their personal goals, whether that's mastering a new skill, improving fitness, expressing creativity, or preparing for the stage.
In addition to weekly classes, we offer private lessons, open training sessions, and specialty workshops students also have the opportunity to perform in our optional showcase productions making each session a chance to grow not only as an athlete, but also as a confident performer.
At Aerial Antics, we believe circus is for everyone. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where participants of all backgrounds can challenge themselves, discover new abilities, and experience the joy of movement through aerial arts.

Kids Classes
Kids Mixed Aerials
In our kids (ages 8-12) classes we focus on fun and explore a variety of aerial apparatuses including silks, hammock, lyra (aerial hoop) and trapeze. Our low ratio classes are designed to encourage exploration of movement and develop each child's talents at their own pace. Safety and proper technique are top priorities and skills are taught progressively to ensure strength and stability in the air.

Our teen silks classes are designed with skill levels in mind and structured so each participant can progress at their own pace. Safety and fun are our top priorities and techniques are taught progressively to ensure strength and stability in the air. With individualized coaching and a low student-to-coach ratio, students progress at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Note: If your teen is at a more advanced level please email us as we can consider them for the adult classes.
Teen Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Build shapes in the air, turning them inside out and upside down in poses that will build strength and flexibility. Our high ceilings allow for creativity inside and outside the hoop, above and below. Instruction focuses on transitions and artistry, for spinners and non-spinners alike. As students advance they will learn beats and dynamic movements. With individualized coaching and a low student-to-coach ratio, students progress at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Note: If your teen is at a more advanced level please email us as we can consider them for the adult classes.
Teen Mixed Aerials (Silks & Lyra)
Our Teen Mixed Aerials class welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to students with previous aerial experience. This class combines aerial silks and lyra (aerial hoop), giving students the opportunity to explore two unique aerial disciplines while building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Students can choose which apparatus to focus on or can develop skills on both apparatuses. With individualized coaching and a low student-to-coach ratio, students progress at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment.

Teen / Adult Aerial Straps
Aerial Straps offers an exhilarating experience for all skill levels, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique. You’ll learn foundational moves, dynamic tricks, and controlled transitions on the straps while building upper body strength and core stability. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class provides personalized guidance in a supportive environment, helping you achieve impressive feats in the air. Ages 16+ or permission of instructor.
Teen / Adult Static Trapeze
Static trapeze is a non-swinging trapeze bar. In this multi-level class you will learn moves on and under the bar and in the ropes. Trapeze is a great circus art to begin with, this apparatus helps build the core strength, agility and spatial awareness. You can build skills quickly, and see rewarding results fast. Ages 14+ or permission of instructor. Ages 14+ or permission of instructor.
Teen / Adult Aerial Rope (Corde Lisse)
This class will begin with the basic moves, climbs and use of momentum (beats). You will develop a strong foundation to allow for the addition of your own unique movement style. Participants should be able to climb confidently and have good grip strength. Jogger style or loose fitting pants are recommended to avoid burns. Ages 16+ or permission of instructor.
Teen / Adult Flying Pole
Build shapes in the air, turning them inside out and upside down in poses that will build strength and flexibility. Adult Classes

Adult Silks
Start with fundamental techniques in Fabric Level 100 and work towards more advanced movements, dynamics and sequencing in Level 200 and 300. Ages 15+ or permission of instructor. Description of class levels HERE
Competitive Program
Aerial Competitive Program (Kids & Teens)
Our Aerial Competitive Program is designed for dedicated young aerialists who are ready to take their training to the next level. Whether aspiring to compete, perform on stage, or simply accelerate their technical development, this program provides focused coaching in a supportive and challenging environment.
Athletes train 1.5 hours per week, concentrating on strength, conditioning, flexibility, technique, artistry, and skill progression across their chosen aerial apparatus. Classes emphasize proper execution, clean lines, endurance, and performance quality while helping students safely master more advanced skills and combinations.
Participants receive individualized coaching and goal-oriented training tailored to their experience and aspirations. This program is ideal for motivated students who are committed to consistent practice, personal growth, and developing the confidence and discipline needed for competition and performance opportunities.
Adult Aerial Competitive Program
While we do not currently offer an adult competitive program, our Level 300 (Advanced) Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop classes provide the high-level skill development, conditioning, and technique typically found in competitive training. To support athletes looking for a more intensive training schedule. We offer a multi-registration discount for students who register for multiple full-session classes making it easy to train both disciplines at a high level if desired.

Conditioning Classes
Full Body Flex Class
A flexibility class designed for those who want to safely increase their range of motion while building the strength needed to support it. Through a mix of active stretching, mobility work, and conditioning, you’ll work toward deeper splits, stronger backbends, and more beautiful lines in the air. Perfect for all levels looking to move more freely, train smarter, and feel stronger. Ages 13+.
Straps Strength
This aerial straps conditioning class is dedicated to developing the strength and body awareness needed to progress safely and effectively on straps. Using the apparatus as a primary training tool, you’ll focus on targeted conditioning that translates directly into cleaner technique, longer holds, and more controlled movement in the air. Designed for beginners to intermediate students, this class emphasizes proper form and progressive strength-building in a supportive environment. Ages 13+.
Aerial Bootcamp
Join us for intense strength training that incorporates aerial apparatuses to target muscles in ways you never imagined possible. No aerial experience required.

Training & Practice Time
Looking to perfect that move you learned in class? Need act creation time? Take advantage of our practice times (pre-registeration required) with your own rig point. Follow the registration link for timeslots. Pre-register online by clicking "register". Ages 13+.
Please note: Training time is for those with experience, please join us for a drop-in beginner class (level 100) to try aerials.

Private Classes
Private classes may be scheduled for any aerial art. Please contact us to set up a lesson.
Private classes are available outside of regular scheduled classes, training and workshops and based on coaching availability.
